This week
Rain. Oh just so much rain - my garden at home is starting to get waterlogged during downpours, despite our sandy, free-draining soil. And also weird hot wind storms. I am starting to get very antsy about having enough flowers for a DIY wedding at the beginning of May, not helped by not having made it up to the farm enough this week. School holidays and a busy week at the day job, including an on-call weekend, haven’t helped, and I am starting to panic slightly. However, I’ve managed to spend enough time at the big greenhouse, and seed sowing is progressing roughly on schedule, even if I’m not sure where they’re all going to go…
